About CITCEA

CITCEA-UPC have expertise in mechatronics and enertronics fields, with a special incidence in power electronics and digital control.

The centre has a great knowledge of industrial needs, as well as technology transfer and implementation in the industrial field. This allows us to develop turnkey projects for a great number of industrial sectors. Our projects are characterized by high professionalism and support until the stage of industrialization.

In Mechatronics, we work in electronic and electric equipment, power electronics, control and communications by microprocessor, DSPs and automation.

In Enertronic, we work in energy innovation, in all the activities related to the electric sector and the supply of electrical power; from the generation point to the final consumption.

Also, the centre has its own training program for professionals. CITCEA-UPC offers the Master in Mechatronics, supported by the Foundation UPC, and professional courses in energy, automation and mechatronics fields.
